Identity Verification & Sensitive Information (Serious Protection)

FollowN.Me collects and protects sensitive identity information for users registered as Creators/Store Owners (CM). This is necessary to ensure the 🛡️ Digital Sovereignty of our mall and to prevent corporate “Big Box” entities from infiltrating the community.

• Identification Data: We may collect government-issued ID or business verification data solely to verify CM status. This data is encrypted and never shared with third parties.
• The Security PIN: For enhanced security of your Tokens, users are given the option to establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN). This PIN is required to authorize token transfers. It is hashed and encrypted; FollowN.Me staff cannot see your 4-6diget PIN.

The Token Economy & Financial Data

When you engage in the FollowN.Me Economy buying tokens.

• We collect transaction data necessary to maintain your VB and HS. NTKB
• Financial transactions are processed through WooCommerce and i. on its servers.

Comments & Media

• Comments: When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the IP address, and the browser user agent string to assist in spam detection.
• Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors can download and extract any location data from these images.

Cookies

• If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name and email in cookies for one year.
• If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies (contains no personal data).

• Comments: Retained indefinitely to allow for automated follow-up approval.
• User Profiles: For users that register (MGs and CMs), we store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username).
• Your Rights: You can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you or request that we erase any personal data we hold. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes (specifically related to token ledgers and tax records).
